His strengths include: Judgment. Clear and confident decisions in difficult public or quasi public situations. Knowledge of processes, particularly M&A and other corporate finance processes. Detailed knowledge of corporate governance and the application of good corporate governance to organisations comprising not only companies, but also partnerships and not for profit entities. Business development. Merger situations.
Why Chris joined the Board:
“I joined the Board of both Grow and Mow & Grow because I liked the ethos of both companies and wanted to help their demonstrably positive efforts to bring vulnerable people back into confident, well adjusted lives in the mainstream; we want to extend and increase the range of activities and people reached.”
