Mental health issues don’t discriminate, they affect people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities. Our activities allow people to unplug and reconnect with nature, nutrition and creativity.
There are many ways you can get involved and help us to help others.
Funds – your kind donation will allow us to develop and expand our services and plan for more long-term interventions. Please click on the donate button or call our office for bank details.
Cheques are a great way to donate if you don’t have access to a computer. Please make them payable to ‘Mow & Grow Limited’. Our postal address is: Bowthorpe Community Hub, Bowthorpe Hall Road, Norwich, Norfolk, NR5 9AA
As well as donating, you could organise or take part in sponsored events and fundraising initiatives. Every penny our supporters raise makes a difference.
We have a 2-acre space and looking after it can be quite a handful. Are you a business? You can book a team-building exercise or give us a couple of hours of your time. Are you an individual? Take a look at our What’s On page
Tools & Materials
Transforming the Hub to become a fully accessible space costs money. If you are upgrading hand tools or are a business willing to donate new tools or building materials towards our projects, we’d love to hear from you. We can always do with spades, forks, loppers, secateurs, trowels and hand forks for our volunteers
Want to get more involved?
We value working in partnership so perhaps as a company you might like to fund a specific project , hold a teambuilding day, or maybe you can work with us on a more strategic level, skills sharing, volunteering or providing pro bono support? An hour of your professional expertise could be priceless to us, an hour working on a project you enjoy equally beneficial.
If you have any questions about our work or think you can help our cause in some way then please get in touch, we’d be delighted to hear from you.
You can reach us by phone, email, post or pop in and see what we do for yourself.
