Walking our Talk
We exist to grow people and operate for the benefit of the community rather than for personal gain. We are an ethical employer and are proud to hold accredited Living Wage Employer status. Paying the Living Wage means we help lift people out of poverty, our team is motivated and productive and their extra pay is spent directly in the local economy.
We operate two standalone Social Enterprises from our base 4.5 miles from Norwich City Centre. Our ethos is simple – a focus on people and the positive changes we can make to ourselves, our environment and our communities…
- Passion to make a difference
- Vision to recognise potential
- Purpose to make it happen
Our first Social Enterprise Mow & Grow started in 2006 as a Neighbourhood Watch gardening project. Initially aimed at helping to tackle crime and anti social behaviour it soon became apparent we could make positive changes to some of the wider issues within our society so we started our second Social Enterprise The Grow Organisation in 2008.
Mow delivers a variety of gardening services within Norfolk and North Suffolk
Grow reconnects people with mental health issues including ptsd, improving general health and wellbeing
