Trade & Grow follows the successful Mow & Grow model by offering internal property maintenance services to those in need. We offer volunteering opportunities, work placements and recognised training and qualifications to those who are not in education or employment and specialise in working with individuals farthest removed from the labour market. 

Our services include:

• Painting and decorating
• Plastering and artexing
• Wall and floor tiling
• General maintenance repair 

As with Mow, we give individuals the opportunity to break their self destructive cycle, improve their self confidence and encourage them back in to work or further education. Our training takes place in a real work environment giving us the ability to offer free or inexpensive property maintenance services to vulnerable people in the community who would otherwise not be able to afford such a service.
