Cost savings

Our innovative multi-agency approach offers cost savings by providing an environment where advisors can visit individuals and whole families in one location, significantly reducing reactive spend for Local Authority, State and taxpayer.

NEET and those at risk

Our experience of individuals not in education, employment or training and those at risk shows a patchy or incomplete secondary education. This often leads to fear or stigma of school, job club, authority and establishment. Our activities take place outdoors in a safe, stimulating and engaging environment thus reducing formality and aiding interpersonal relationships.

Families and/or individuals (16+) can attend together

There are very few safe spaces for troubled families to attend together. We believe in the need for a joined up, holistic approach aimed at tackling issues together and not in isolation fitting within the Social Justice agenda.

Work experience, volunteering and links with employers

We offer a variety of professional work experience opportunities and are more than happy to refer or signpost to partner agencies and employers. Volunteering opportunities are available on site or depending on ability and risk assessment places are also available within our Mow & Grow gardening teams.

Facilities

We operate an all weather facility set within approximately 2 acres of land. We have a large main hall, 2 meeting rooms and an on-site yurt available as an alternative, tranquil space for individuals, families, support workers and partner agencies working with our client group.

Staff and Tutors

We take the safety of vulnerable people of all ages seriously by ensuring staff and external tutors are of the right temperament in addition to holding the relevant qualifications, enhanced DBS certificates and safeguarding training.

We adopt a multi-agency partnership approach and can offer a wrap around package of care to address individual needs, those of the family, the school, partner agencies and our local authority.
