Chris Taylor
Chris has extensive skills, knowledge and experience working within the police service. He has inclusive partnership experience working with Norfolk Safeguarding Children, Norfolk County Council, Youth Offending Team, Benjamin Foundation and internal departments.

As a Police Inspector he has an in depth and ‘hands on’ approach to working with, and for, the community with a belief that restorative approaches for young people avoids youth related introduction into the criminal justice system. He has been instrumental in proposing radical changes in the management of looked after children and has worked with prevention strategies to embrace a more inclusive system to support chaotic behaviour.

As a qualified fishing coach for Sport England he believes in the use of sport, as a tool, to empower and develop positive behaviour within an individual.  He embraces change and diversity with a common sense approach, appreciating and promoting positive, effective communication.  His core belief is that that working together promotes positive individuals, working in partnership, makes best use of resources and together, delivers positive communities.
